If you’ve been following our activities here at Black Mountain HQ for a little while now, you’ll know that we’re digital writing specialists. But that doesn’t mean that we don’t write for other mediums.

We’ve written copy for billboards, scripts for radio and brochures for companies to use in store. We’ve written flyers and print adverts and annual financial reports. We love writing, in any form, so when we heard of an opportunity to write for a new Sunday Times properly and lifestyle supplement called Neighbourhood, we jumped at the chance.

Neighbourhood is your weekly property and lifestyle guide in Sunday Times across South Africa. It’s a supplement that celebrates all the little things that make the area you live in unique. Whether it’s the greengrocer down the road who sells the ripest avocados or the restaurant your family’s been going to for decades, we want to write about it. We’re part of the team writing about Joburg but there are also different supplements for Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban, and Port Elizabeth.

There’s a certain thrill attached to seeing your name at the top of a physical piece of paper and we’re chuffed to be involved in this exciting project.
