The brief: Investec Wealth Management required a revamp of the “One Place” product section of their website that would make it simpler, clearer and more intuitive to engage with. They also needed ongoing help with editing external client communications, including product factsheets, articles for the quarterly ONE Magazine, and their “Monthly View” newsletter.


The solution: Going right to the source, we interviewed heads of the various departments within Investec to get real insights into the financial products they offer. We then rewrote the copy to be simple, approachable and easy to understand. At the same time, we looked at the user journey throughout the One Place tool and made recommendations for its improvement in terms of design, structure and page flow.


Each month, we also edit and proofread Investec Wealth & Investment’s written client communications so that they’re succinct, easy to read and error-free.

Nedbank Insurance


The brief: In launching Nedbank Insurance, Nedbank wanted fresh and simple copy for the website that would position them as a brand that could “make everyday certainty happen”. Content needed to be educational and targeted to their lower LSM consumers, but it also had to be optimised for high search engine visibility.


The solution: We interviewed key stakeholders, analysed product marketing material and wrote the site’s content from a needs-based perspective. The result was a site full of informative content written in a reassuring and positive tone that was also optimised for related keyword phrases.
