The brief: The Gautrain Management Agency (GMA) wanted to create, design and package a series of case studies, fact sheets, podcasts and videos that showcased the success of the Gautrain as Africa’s largest rapid rail system. The aim was to preserve the knowledge gained and innovative processes developed during this megaproject, so they could be used as learnings for future initiatives, both in South Africa and elsewhere in the world. They also needed various corporate communications written and designed.
The solution: Over a period of five years, we drafted case studies, fact sheets and presentations, and oversaw the production of their design which contained original photographs, illustrations and graphics. We also worked with a videographer and podcast creator to produce audio and visual material to support these case studies. We also produced a regular volume of corporate communications for internal and external use.
