The brief: FNB’s Credit Card division wanted ongoing assistance with copywriting for their external marketing communications. All copy had to be kept consistent with the messaging on their website, and had to speak to different audience segments. The division also wanted to improve certain content sections and usability aspects of their website, as well as improve their paid search campaigns’ brand reach and conversion rates.
The solution: Working with various marketers within the division, we wrote and edited content for FNB Credit Card in order to maximise engagement, impact and readability for the division’s various target markets. We advised on various sections of the FNB site in terms of layout, design and UX, and assisted with changes and additions to their paid search campaign.
